 We assist with REO Cash for Relocation programs by coordinating with occupants to facilitate voluntary move-outs. Services include scheduling and conducting property walkthroughs, documenting property condition before and after vacancy, verifying property vacancy, and reporting completion to lenders or asset managers.

 We perform landscaping and lawn maintenance services for REO properties, including grass cutting, edging, weed removal, shrub and hedge trimming, and debris cleanup. Our goal is to maintain curb appeal, prevent code violations, and ensure properties remain presentable while under asset management.

 We perform health and safety repairs for REO properties to address hazardous conditions and protect occupants, neighbors, and property assets. Our services include identifying and correcting safety issues such as damaged steps or railings, exposed hazards, trip hazards, and other conditions that may pose risks to the property or public.

 We provide debris removal and disposal services for our clients to ensure properties remain clean, safe, and presentable. Our services include the removal of interior and exterior debris, abandoned items, and general property cleanup, with proper disposal in accordance with local regulations.
